We guarantee that Harvey Head Cleaner will perform as stated. A pattern similar to a nozzle check pattern will be printed at the specified interval, so long as there is paper in the printer, no paper jam and both the printer and the computer have power supplied to them.
We do not guarantee that printers using Harvey Head Cleaner as instructed will not ever have clogged heads. Even with the installation of Harvey Head Cleaner, there are factors beyond our control, such as room temperature and humidity. Also, some non-OEM inks have more solids than intended in the print head design. Additionally, there are occasional defects in manufacturing which can cause clogged heads.
